The whole process is easy, simply fill in the email contact form on the contact page and click submit - you will then receive a 8 digit order number. Box up your phone using bubble wrap and post it by recorded delivery to our address, again this is on the contact page.
Once we receive your goods we will contact you with a quote, if you decide to go ahead with the repair, your phone will be fixed and posted back to you by Royal Mail Special Delivery and should be with you within 24 Hours.
